Dr. Chaudry Areeb led the team of doctors in a three-hour procedure, with the patient paying KES 300,000 as the surgery costs were not fully covered by the National Health Insurance Fund. This milestone follows the hospital's successful first-ever brain surgery and cementless hip surgery.
