12 people, including a 2-year-old child, were rescued by a combined team of security forces in Kwara State, Nigeria, after being abducted by kidnappers. The 11 market women and child were kidnapped while returning from Oke-Ode market in Ifelodun Local Government Area. The security team rescued them after combing the forest in search of the victims. All victims have been released to their families.
