Czech Constitutional Court rejected an Indian man's petition to avoid extradition to the US, where he is suspected of involvement in a plot to kill a Sikh separatist on American soil. A final decision on Nikhil Gupta's extradition will be made by Justice Minister Pavel Blazek. The court stated that no constitutional rights would be violated by extraditing Gupta.
