Maltese court approves extradition of Romanian fugitive Paul-Philippe to serve 3.5 yr sentence for bribery, abuse of office, and causing €9.5M loss to Romania's budget. Malta had previously denied extradition. Romanian Justice Minister Alina Gorghiu expressed anticipation for the decision and the continuous efforts to bring him to justice. Extradition can be appealed.
