Austrian court refuses to extradite Ukrainian businessman Firtash to the U.S. over corruption charges.
An Austrian court has ruled against the extradition of Ukrainian businessman Dmytro Firtash to the U.S. to face corruption charges related to an alleged bribery scheme in India aimed at titanium mining. Firtash denies the charges and has been at the center of a legal battle since his 2014 arrest in Austria. Vienna prosecutors plan to appeal the decision by December 16.
