The "Environmental Protection First" Coalition, comprised of NGOs fighting against Armenia's illegal mining industry, has released a map of "Mineral raw material resources of the Republic of Armenia" at the Baku Business Centre. The map highlights areas bordering Azerbaijan and close to transboundary rivers, revealing the adverse environmental impacts of Armenia's mining activities.
