Azerbaijan's ANAMA and UNDP sign a Declaration of Intent to cooperate on establishing a Center of Excellence for mine action activities in the country. The event took place during the 3rd International Conference on Mine Action in Zangilan, themed "Mitigating Environmental Impact of Landmines: Resource Mobilization for Safe and Green Future." The Center will provide mine countermeasure training, certification, and knowledge transfer, as well as promote mine countermeasures nationally, regionally, and internationally.
