North Korean hacker group Kimsuky uses new 'Durian' malware to target South Korean crypto firms, according to a report by cybersecurity firm Kaspersky. Durian, a previously unknown malware, acts as an installer deploying additional malware like backdoor "AppleSeed" and a custom proxy tool "LazyLoad". The hackers exploited legitimate security software used by South Korean crypto firms to gain access.
