Orange County's NY State Archaeological Association discusses petroglyph findings in a public meeting on May 17.

On May 17, Orange County's New York State Archaeological Association will discuss recent petroglyph findings in the lower Hudson Valley and northern Alabama in a public meeting at 7:30 p.m. in Middletown. The chapter, in operation since 1958, encourages members to participate in archaeological research projects and offers field trips. Smithsonian researcher and chapter president David Johnson will lead the presentation.
