Florida deputies mistakenly entered the wrong apartment and fatally shot a Black US Air Force airman, according to the family's attorney. The airman, who was alone in his apartment, asked who was at the door but didn't receive a response. A few minutes later, he heard louder knocks but did not see anyone when he peered through the peephole.
