58-year-old Godofredo Quiroz, owner of Canyon Auto Body in Oregon, was arrested for theft and forgery after allegedly stealing a 1955 Ford Thunderbird and billing the victim for restoration work that never occurred. The Linn County Sheriff's Office began investigating when the victim, who paid over $10,000 for unfulfilled restoration services, discovered the theft. The missing vehicle has yet to be found.
