33-year-old Shayne Spatz was arrested in Sparks for commercial burglary, destruction of property, and possession of burglary tools. He stole $310 cash and $2,633 in cigarettes from a Sinclair gas station on July 6 at 1:30 a.m. A citizen reported the burglary, leading to Spatz's arrest as he hid in a pickup truck. All stolen items were returned to the owner, but significant property damage occurred.
