Northern Ireland farmers are facing increased pressure to adopt part-time farming due to financial challenges, according to a new report from campaign group Farmers For Action (FFA) and economist Paul Gosling. The "Farming On Life Support" report recommends legislative intervention to protect farmers and the fair pricing of agricultural produce, arguing that this would positively impact the wider Northern Irish economy and create thousands of jobs.
