Sherman Independent School District (ISD) Board of Trustees accepts Superintendent Tyson Bennett's voluntary resignation over controversy involving transgender student in "Oklahoma!" production. School reversed Bennett's rule requiring roles to match birth sex. Bennett was suspended with pay in March, Deputy Superintendent Thomas O'Neal will serve as acting superintendent.
