34-year-old woman killed by car in southeast Fresno; driver cooperating, under investigation for possible drug/alcohol influence.
A woman was killed in southeast Fresno after being hit by a car around 12:30 AM near Butler and Sierra Vista avenues. The woman, believed to be in her 30s or 40s, was walking on the side of the road when she was hit. The driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators, who are also investigating if the driver was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
