A 77-year-old woman died after being struck by a vehicle in Morro Bay, California, at the intersection of Beach Street and Market Avenue. The driver, a 53-year-old man, stayed at the scene and is cooperating with the investigation. Despite attempts by paramedics, the woman was pronounced dead on-site.
