21-year-old Detroit police officer, Caleb Williams, is charged with 2nd-degree child abuse and felonious assault for allegedly using his department-issued taser to threaten his 10-year-old nephew on April 17. The incident led to his suspension and a referral to Internal Affairs. He received a $10,000 personal bond with conditions that he cannot possess weapons and must have no contact with minors.
