21-year-old Detroit police officer Caleb Williams charged with child abuse and assault for tasing his nephew.
Detroit police officer Caleb Williams has been charged with child abuse and felonious assault after allegedly threatening his 10-year-old nephew with a department-issued taser on April 17. Williams, 21, was arraigned on Friday and given a $10,000 bond with conditions of no weapon possession and no contact with minors. The officer was immediately suspended by the Detroit Police Department following a review of the video footage.
