83-year-old Alzheimer's patient Earnestine Black, urgently needing medical care, went missing in Kansas City on Thursday. Last seen driving a blue 2018 Chevrolet Impala with Missouri license plates GD6Y8B, she was last known to be leaving Cable Dahmer Chevrolet of Kansas City on West 103rd Street.
