82-year-old Carolyn Walter, with cognitive impairment, went missing in El Paso County, last seen on Monday at 2 p.m. in the area of Fontaine St. and Highway 85/87 in Security. She is a white female with gray hair, blue eyes, 4-foot-11, and 110 pounds, possibly driving a blue 2000 Dodge Durango with Colorado license plate 399LMB.
