82-year-old Thomas Avila, suffering from dementia and on dialysis, has been reported missing from Kansas City, Kansas since Apr 16. Last seen leaving his residence in a black 2018 Buick Enclave (Kansas tag 363LTR), he was wearing blue jeans and a white t-shirt.
