48-year-old Andrew George Tinsley has been jailed for a year for repeatedly breaching a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) by using public library computers. Tinsley, of Ballynahinch Road in Hillsborough, was previously convicted in June 2021 for possessing voyeurism and indecent images on his phone. The SOPO forbids him from accessing computers or the internet without prior approval from his designated risk manager.
