Court dismisses DPP's attempt to increase sentence for former home care assistant Fintan Tindley, who robbed three Cork post offices with a knife in an effort to raise money for US trips to meet his online fiancée. Tindley was initially sentenced to four years, but the DPP challenged the leniency of the sentence. The Court of Appeal has now rejected the appeal, leaving Tindley's sentence unchanged.
