Nvidia acquires Run:ai, an AI workload management startup, for $700M.
Nvidia is acquiring AI workload management startup Run:ai for an estimated $700M. The Tel Aviv-based company's software helps manage AI hardware infrastructure, enabling enterprise customers to optimize their compute infrastructure on-premises, in the cloud, or in hybrid environments. Nvidia plans to continue offering Run:ai's products under the same business model and invest in its product roadmap as part of Nvidia's DGX Cloud AI platform.
