Nvidia-backed AI startup Together AI has raised $106m at a valuation of $1.25bn in a new funding round led by Salesforce Ventures. The open-source platform allows developers to build or customize their AI models and will use the new funding for expansion. Investments in AI startups have accelerated since the launch of OpenAI's ChatGPT, as investors look to support firms that could challenge industry leaders.
