Ryanair seeks High Court to overturn Aer Lingus' appeal permission for a €40m maintenance hangar at Dublin Airport.

Ryanair is asking the High Court to overturn a decision that allowed Aer Lingus to appeal its plans for a €40 million aircraft maintenance hangar at Dublin Airport. Ryanair alleges that An Bord Pleanála made errors in granting Aer Lingus permission to appeal Fingal County Council's decision to approve the hangar. The 120,000 sq ft facility would facilitate maintenance for about 400 jets per year and create more than 200 jobs for engineers and mechanics.
