The Irish High Court dismissed Ryanair's lawsuit against the Italian antitrust authority, AGCM, for its search of the airline's Dublin headquarters. Ryanair's case, concerning alleged revenue, customs, or administrative matters, falls outside the jurisdiction of Irish courts. The case against the Irish Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) will proceed to address preliminary issues.
