24-year-old Pomona man, Andrew Miguel Rosas, faces burglary, robbery, carrying a loaded gun in public, and conspiracy charges after a targeted home invasion in Newport Beach where a homeowner shot him, and the second suspect died. Rosas, who remains hospitalized, is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday. The home invasion occurred at 4:45 a.m. on Tuesday in the 100 block of Vista Luci in Newport Coast.
