38-year-old Phillip Richardson was arrested by Henderson Police in relation to a home invasion on 13th April. Richardson invaded a home on Robbers Roost Avenue, injuring two residents. He is charged with two counts of battery with a deadly weapon, resulting in substantial harm, one with an elderly enhancement, and is being held at the Henderson Detention Center. The case is considered isolated and unrelated to other incidents.
