6th Whitbread yacht, Outlaw AU (08), completes 43-day Leg 4 of the McIntyre Ocean Globe Race, ranking 6th in line honours and IRC. The crew, led by skipper Campbell Mackie, had a challenging race, including a sailor rescue off Dakar and a broken backstay. Outlaw, which raced in the 1985 Whitbread, is now the first of the first six McIntyre OGR finishers, all of whom are Whitbread veterans.
