French yacht Pen Duick VI, skippered by Marie Tabarly, wins provisional line honours in the final leg of the inaugural McIntyre Ocean Globe Race (OGR). The 73-foot Bermudan Ketch, also sailed by Tabarly's father Éric in the 1973 Whitbread Round-the-World Race, leads by nearly two days over nearest rival L'Esprit d'équipe FR. Tabarly's victory in the final leg puts her in a strong position to potentially win the OGR Overall.
