91-year-old Harold Nossaman with dementia missing in Shawnee, KS; Silver Alert issued, last seen in black 2012 GMC Terrain.
91-year-old Harold Nossaman from Shawnee, Kansas, is missing and a statewide Silver Alert has been issued by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation at the request of the Shawnee Police Department. Nossaman, who is suffering from dementia, was last seen in Shawnee around 7 p.m. on March 23, and was expected to meet a family member for lunch the next day but did not show up. He was believed to be driving a black 2012 GMC Terrain with Kansas license plate QHS680. Authorities suspect his vehicle may have been near Truman and Woodland in Kansas City, Missouri, around 4:30 p.m. on March 24.
