One person was cleared of all charges in a Sarnia motel firearms clash, while four suspects remain for prosecution. Hayley Letourneau, initially facing charges, had her charges withdrawn by the Crown. The incident occurred on February 29th at the Bluewater Motel in Sarnia. The Crown continues to prosecute four other individuals for unauthorized possession of a firearm, possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose, uttering threats, and forcible confinement.
