Linn County jury convicts Shane Teslik for the fatal stabbing of Devonna Walker in January 2023. Teslik was found guilty of voluntary manslaughter and disorderly conduct-epithets/threatening gesture following an altercation. Prosecutors argued that Teslik provoked Walker by calling her a racial slur before stabbing her to death with a kitchen knife. Teslik's sentencing date has not been set.
