Telangana's Drugs Control Administration (DCA) filed a case against Ovoid Pharmachem Pvt Ltd for forging a drug manufacturing license. The company's director, Narasapally Ramudu, allegedly created a fake license for unauthorized drug products. DCA discovered the fraud and seized stocks worth Rs 23.93 lakhs. The company and director face charges under Sections 420 (cheating) and 468 (forgery) of the Indian Penal Code.
