43-year-old B Vijayaragavan was arrested in Madurai for producing and marketing herbal products on behalf of MyV3 Ads Media Private Limited, a multi-level marketing company, using a forged PhD certificate in naturopathy. The city crime branch police had registered a case against the managing director of the firm, M Sakthi Anandan, to prevent a possible ponzi scam. Vijayaragavan was supplying around 84 herbal products under the brand name Sidhvaa to MyV3 Ads Media's investors.
