Man stabbed to death on eastbound MAX train in east Portland, another man in custody.
A man was stabbed to death on an eastbound MAX train in east Portland, and another man is in custody. The incident occurred at the 82nd Avenue Transit Station around 6 PM on Friday. The 82nd Avenue Transit Station was closed for several hours and service on the MAX lines was temporarily suspended. Police are asking for information from witnesses who may have left the scene without speaking with officers.
