TCS trains over 350,000 employees in generative AI skills, more than half its workforce.

India's largest IT services company TCS has trained over 350,000 employees in generative AI skills, accounting for over half of its employee base. In January, TCS reported training 1.5 lakh staffers in AI skillsets, which has now been increased. TCS has applied generative AI to enhance customer experience for airlines and is building one of the most significant AI-ready workforces globally.
