Cognizant and Microsoft have announced an expanded partnership to increase the adoption of Microsoft's generative AI and Copilot technologies across millions of users. Cognizant has purchased 25,000 Microsoft 365 Copilot seats and plans to deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot to one million users within its Global 2000 clients, across 11 industries. The partnership aims to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and improve customer experiences, and has the potential to significantly accelerate AI adoption and innovation in India, where AI is expected to contribute $450-500 billion to the country's GDP by 2025. Cognizant will invest $1 billion in GenAI over the next three years, with the goal of harnessing its potential for clients, their employees, and end customers.
