Christopher Turean, a former Indiana financial advisor, received a four-year prison sentence for stealing nearly $4.7 million from a client. Turean pleaded guilty to wire fraud and filing a false tax return. From 2012 to 2022, he was employed as an investment advisor, and in 2019, he created a company to transfer money from the victim's investment account to his own, using it for gambling and personal expenses.
