Nova Scotia adds 12 modular housing units for 25 healthcare workers in Guysborough and Port Hawkesbury. The $45 million initiative aims to address housing shortages and support the health-care system, while also helping to grow communities by encouraging healthcare workers to build their lives there. Healthcare workers will be given priority to rent the units, with skilled tradespeople next in line if there are vacancies.
