22-year-old Mustakim was shot dead during an argument in northeast Delhi's Shastri Park area. The incident occurred when Mustakim and his friend Sohail visited Ishrat, Sohail's ex-wife who works at a bar. Yaseen, whom Ishrat intended to marry, was present at the gathering. Mustakim was shot in the chest by Yaseen, who fired multiple times. The accused, Yaseen, is on the run and efforts are being made to arrest him.
