Accra High Court orders a 5-member IMC to take over operations of Adamus Ghana Limited, owned 90% by Adamus Australia and 10% by Ghana's government. Nguvu Mining Limited, ultimately owned by Angela List, claims to have acquired 90% shares from Adamus Australia on Nov 7, 2022. The defendants argue that Moses Kobina Bosompem, who signed the transfer agreement, was never a legal director at Adamus Australia.
