Airbus has changed its tone in negotiations with Montreal-area A220 jet assembly workers after workers initiated pressure tactics, such as a noisy disruption at the assembly line, to slow production. The workers rejected a proposed contract that would have provided a 10% raise over three years and granted their union negotiators the right to call a strike.
