Airbus Montreal plant worker productivity decreased during contract negotiations, affecting A220 production.

Worker productivity at Airbus's Montreal plant decreased as employees considered a new contract offer. Airbus and union negotiators failed to reach a deal after intensive talks; a second offer will be presented to 1,300 workers on April 7. The factory, which produces A220 jets, had reduced overtime and production due to negotiations and supply chain issues. Airbus aims to increase A220 production to 14 planes a month by 2026.
