Supreme Court dismisses plea against Allahabad High Court's consolidation order in Mathura's Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah Masjid dispute, allows Committee to pursue recall application.
The Supreme Court on 19 March disposed of a plea challenging the Allahabad High Court's order consolidating 15 suits concerning Mathura's Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah Masjid dispute. The High Court order was challenged by the Committee of Management Trust Shahi Masjid Idgah. The Supreme Court granted the Committee the liberty to pursue its recall application before the High Court.
