40-year-old man charged after allegedly assaulting patrons in a Cardiff restaurant; police were also attacked by the suspect. Emergency services were called to the scene after reports of violence and a 46-year-old woman was also allegedly assaulted by a 68-year-old woman. The suspect was taken into police custody and charged with a string of offenses, including assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
