40-year-old man charged with assault in Dublin 1; incident occurred at Marlborough Street/Cathedral Street junction on Monday. The 40-year-old victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the Mater Hospital. The alleged assailant, also 40, was arrested and will appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice on Tuesday morning.
