China's State Council to conduct on-site inspections in April and solicit public opinion on barriers to business environment improvement.

China's General Office of the State Council will conduct on-site inspections in April across provincial-level regions to address issues concerning the business environment. The State Council is also soliciting public opinion about behaviors that negatively impact the business environment, including barriers to market access and exit, restrictions on non-local businesses, and hindrances to fair competition. China aims to establish a market-oriented, law-based, and international business environment by facilitating investment, streamlining approval procedures, and promoting investment.
