20-year-old Jahmarcus McCatty of Hartford was arrested in connection with a deadly motorcycle crash in Vernon on February 27th. The victim, 25-year-old motorcyclist James Faulkner, was taken to the hospital where he later died. McCatty faces charges including manslaughter, evading responsibility resulting in death, and illegal racing. He is being held on a $1 million bond and has a court appearance scheduled.
